These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Cornerstone Printworks (“Cornerstone Printworks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

2) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the site and 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3) Products & Availability

  • Most items are made-to-order; availability may be limited and subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
  • Product images and mockups are illustrative. Colors may vary due to device display settings, lighting, and fabric lots.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

  • Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
  • Sales tax (and other applicable taxes) are calculated at checkout according to your shipping address.
  • Promotions/coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We may correct any errors (including pricing) and cancel orders placed with obvious mistakes.

5) Orders & Payment

  • We accept payments through PayPal (including card payments processed by PayPal where available).
  • Your payment is captured at checkout so we can begin production promptly.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. We may cancel/refund an order due to suspected fraud, inaccurate information, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

6) Production, Shipping & Delivery

  • Production time (made-to-order): 1–2 business days
  • Transit time (USA): 4–7 business days (carrier-dependent)
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Mon–Fri enter production the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • Shipping zone: United States; Free shipping within the USA on standard deliveries.
  • You’ll receive tracking when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the first carrier scan.
  • Delivery dates are estimates; delays can occur due to weather, peak season, or carrier issues. See full details in our Shipping Policy.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Return window: 60 days from delivery.
  • Return cost: Free returns within the USA (we provide a prepaid label).
  • Refund speed: Up to 7 business days after the return is delivered to our facility and passes inspection.
  • Personalized/customized items are returnable if we made an error or the item arrives damaged/defective.

8) Changes & Cancellations

  • To change or cancel an order, contact us ASAP. Because items are made-to-order, changes may not be possible once printing begins.
  • If we cannot fulfill your order after payment (e.g., material shortage), we’ll cancel and issue a refund.

9) Intellectual Property & Fan-Inspired Designs

  • All content on the site (text, graphics, designs, photos) is owned by or licensed to Cornerstone Printworks and protected by applicable IP laws.
  • Our apparel often features original or fan-inspired artwork. Unless stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party brands, leagues, or rights holders.
  • You agree not to reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the site or products without our express written permission.

10) User Content & Personalization

  • If you submit custom text or artwork, you represent that you own or have the rights to use it and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate laws.
  • We may decline or cancel orders containing content that is unlawful, hateful, or violates others’ rights.

11) Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site or services:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
  • To infringe upon or violate intellectual property rights.
  • To harass, abuse, defame, intimidate, or discriminate.
  • To upload or transmit malware or malicious code.
  • To collect or track personal information without consent.
  • To interfere with security features or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

We use third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, carriers, analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

13) Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including pricing, availability, and transit times. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time (including after you have submitted your order).

14) Warranties & Liability

  • AS IS / AS AVAILABLE. Except as expressly stated, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Printworks (and its owners, employees, and partners) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion/limitation of certain damages; in such cases, portions of this section may not apply to you.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cornerstone Printworks and KIMBERLYRB LLC harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

16) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA (without regard to conflict-of-law principles). You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico for any dispute not subject to small-claims jurisdiction.

17) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
