Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Intro

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns, refunds, and exchanges.

2. What Products Can Be Returned

Eligible: New, unused, unwashed items in original condition/packaging with proof of purchase.
Not eligible: Personalized or customized products unless defective or damaged.

3. Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.

4. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed (brief try-on is OK)
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include all tags, accessories, and inserts (if applicable)

5. How to Start a Return

Email support@fashioncornerstone.com with:

  • Your Order #
  • Reason for return
  • (Optional) Photos if the item arrived damaged/incorrect

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • U.S. returns: We provide a prepaid return shipping label (free returns).
  • If you use your own label, please keep the receipt and tracking number.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after your return is delivered and inspected.
  • Exchanges: For fastest service, start a return and place a new order for the desired item. We’ll refund the original item upon receipt/inspection.
  • Damaged/Defective/Wrong item: Contact us within 60 days with photos and your Order #; we’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
