Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will my order take? A: Production is 1–2 business days. U.S. transit is 4–7 business days. Most orders arrive in 5–9 business days total. See details in our Shipping Policy.
Q: What’s your daily cut-off time? A: Orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Mon–Fri enter production the same business day. After cut-off, weekends, or holidays → next business day.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
Q: Is shipping free? A: Yes, free standard shipping within the USA.
Q: How do I track my order? A: You’ll receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the first carrier scan. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
Q: My order has multiple items—will they ship together? A: Items may ship separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: Contact us ASAP. Because items are made-to-order, changes may not be possible once printing begins.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return window? A: You can return items within 60 days of delivery.
Q: How much do returns cost? A: Free returns for U.S. orders—we’ll send you a prepaid label.
Q: When will I get my refund? A: Up to 7 business days after your return is delivered to our facility and passes inspection.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size/color? A: For the fastest turnaround, place a new order and return the original—your refund will be issued once the return is received.
Q: What if my item is damaged/incorrect? A: We’ll make it right. Contact us within 60 days with photos and your Order #.
Products, Sizing & Care
Q: What’s the fit like? A: Unisex classic fit—easy to wear solo or layered. See the Size Chart and consider sizing up if you prefer a relaxed look.
Q: What fabrics do you use? A: Soft, breathable jersey. Solid colors are typically 100% cotton; heathers are a cotton/poly blend.
Q: How should I care for my shirt? A: Turn inside out. Machine wash cold (gentle). No bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don’t iron directly on the print.
Q: Will the color match the photos? A: We aim for accuracy, but colors can vary by screen settings, lighting, and fabric lots.
Customization
Q: Do you offer personalization? A: Many designs can be personalized (names, small text). If a product supports it, you’ll see a personalization field or instructions on the page. Not seeing it? Contact us—we’re happy to help.
Q: Can I submit my own artwork? A: Yes, provided you own the rights or have permission. We may decline content that’s unlawful or infringes others’ rights.
Payments, Taxes & Security
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: PayPal. In many regions, PayPal also lets you pay with major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover) without a PayPal account.
Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Yes. We don’t store card details—payments are processed on PayPal’s secure platform.
Q: What currency and taxes do you use? A: All prices are in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
