Check your order status, tracking number, and delivery updates below. If you have your Order Number and the Email used at checkout, enter them in the form to get real-time updates.

Tip: Can’t find your order number? Search your inbox for the subject line “Order Confirmation – Cornerstone Printworks” (also check spam/junk).
How Order Tracking Works
- Order placed: We email your confirmation with order details.
- Processing: Your items are queued for printing (status shows Processing).
- Shipped: You’ll receive a shipping email with a tracking link once the label is created.
- In transit → Delivered: Track via the carrier’s site (e.g., USPS/UPS) until delivery is confirmed.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive the shipping email, especially during weekends/holidays.
Common Statuses
- Processing: Your order is being printed/prepared.
- Shipped: A tracking number has been issued; movement may show after the first scan.
- Out for Delivery: Carrier is delivering today.
- Delivered: Marked delivered by the carrier.
- Returned/Exception: The carrier flagged an issue (address, delivery attempt, etc.).
Didn’t Receive Your Package?
- Marked delivered, not received:
- Check with household members, front desk, or neighbors.
- Look for a delivery notice or photo (if available on the carrier page).
- Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes pre-scan.
- Still missing? Contact us and we’ll help open a trace with the carrier.
- Stuck in transit:
- If there’s no movement for 5+ business days, contact us with your order number and shipping address.
